  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to ensure your keychains arrive when you need them. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your gallery additions every step of the way.

4. Shipping Scope

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all original packaging materials and damaged goods. Once a claim is initiated, feel free to reach out to our support team so we can assist you with the process.
